I am extremely disappointed by the flowers that were delivered to loved ones in Florence MT yesterday. They were NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered and the Quality was very short of what I paid for!!! I know that substitutions are sometimes necessary but this arrangement was so far off the one I ordered that I can’t imagine what Gigi’s Floral Shop was thinking when they decided to create and deliver the arrangement that they did.
