Stevensville Florist - Gigi's Floral Shop

I would recommend Gigi’s to anyone! Ordering was easy, as they have a variety of beautiful bouquets and arrangements to choose from online. However, the thing that made the experience of shopping with Gigi’s amazing was the customer service: The bouquet I ordered was accidentally sent to the wrong address. When I reached out to the shop that same day, they immediately made a fresh arrangement and within an hour remedied the situation. Gigi’s is awesome, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I sent the Simplicity by BloomNation arrangement to my sister's mother-in-law's funeral in Stevensville on August 21. She said they were beautiful. I am not a local but found Gigi's online and they did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them.

The bouquet was prettier than the photograph. The red roses were not acceptable to the florist, so she called and asked if I would accept substitute roses, They were stunning. I will happily use Gigi’s Floral shop again.

I cannot believe how fast this order was delivered! My daughter called me within 15 minutes of me placing an online order to say she had just received the "most beautiful bouquet ever!" The value for my money exceeded expectations. I will be using Gigi's Floral Shop for all of my future orders.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. The only issue I had was with the delivery. I asked for the delivery to be after 3 PM and it was delivered at 10:30 AM even after I had spoken to someone at the shop and they assured me they had written it down. Other than that the flowers themselves were beautiful and I would definitely use them again and give them a good recommendation.

My MIL lost her kitty this week and was very upset. We’re currently in Oregon so hugs were not an option sadly.
